Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you",your") and bet10ribu ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bet10ribu website located at https://bet10ribu.cam and all associated products and services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, and promotional programmes.

2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.

4. You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of bet10ribu, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to maintain onlyone (1) registered account on bet10ribu at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change.

bet10ribu reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any time. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required under anti-money laundering (AML) procedures

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending and may ultimately result in account suspension in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bet10ribu will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

User Obligations

By using the bet10ribu platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• To use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in your own name.
• To ensure that all funds deposited into your bet10ribu account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are not conducting any form of money laundering through the Platform.
• To not use any automated system, bot, script, scraper, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or extract data.
• To not exploit any technical error, glitch, or malfunction in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bet10ribu are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to Malaysian users: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT where available).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bet10ribu does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as standard anti-money-laundering control. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within two (2) business hours. Unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal is released.

bet10ribu reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or exhibit patterns consistent with AML risk indicators. Bonuses and Promotions

bet10ribu may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and other incentive programmes to Users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to a specific wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible game contribution percentage, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limit, all of which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.

• Birthday bonuses are credited within the User's registered birthday month, subject to the User's active VIP tier status at the time of credit.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon successful completion of the qualifying conditions by the referred User, including account registration and minimum first deposit as specified in the referal programme terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on bet10ribu are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game, sport, or betting market. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. bet10ribu does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of clearly stated palpable error in odds or market data.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, subject to independent third-party auditing. No human intervention affects individual game results.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, event, and account tier, and are displayed within the relevant betting interface at time of placement.
• Winings from sports betting and casino games are credited to a User's account balance promptly upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• bet10ribu is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a User's misunderstanding of the rules of a particular game or market. It is the User's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable game rules before wagering.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet10ribu platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity, providing false personal information, or submitting forged or altered KYC documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or other methods designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other head-to-head or multi-player format available on the Platform.
• Match Fixing: Wagering on sporting events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement, or that you have reason to believe have been subject to manipulation.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback disputes with payment providers in respect of deposits made to the Platform.
• Minor Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

Account Suspension and Termination

bet10ribu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Detection or reasonable suspicion of a prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the User or a responsible gambling referal from a third-party programme.
• Any regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement direction requiring account suspension or closure.
• Material breach of any provision of these Terms.

Upon account suspension for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be returned to the User's original deposit method following satisfactory resolution of the investigation, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures do not affect the User's right to withdraw any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bet10ribu platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game logic, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive property of bet10ribu or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from bet10ribu.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any component of the Platform.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice.

The bet10ribu brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of bet10ribu. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet10ribu, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services.

bet10ribu does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that all information displayed is accurate and current. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Gambling Risk Disclaimer: Gambling inherently involves financial risk. bet10ribu accepts no responsibility for any financial loss incurred by Users as a result of wagering activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that all wagering decisions are made at your own risk and that past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.

Amendments to These Terms

bet10ribu reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change to any provision that would adversely affect Users' rights or obligations, we will provide notice through at least one of the following channels: (a) notification sent to the User's registered email address; (b) a prominent in-platform notification displayed upon next login; or (c) a notice posted on the Terms & Conditions page of the Platform with the updated effective date.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or changes required to comply with applicable law — may be made without specific individual notice, though the updated effective date will be reflected on this page.

Your continued use of the bet10ribu Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any verified real-money balance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bet10ribu holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to bet10ribu's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Users should contact our support team in writing, detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account information, and the resolution sought. bet10ribu commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to providing a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached to the satisfaction of both parties, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by bet10ribu's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request by the User.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
